Introduction[]

The Adha'Shaa are a species located approximately 1000 light years from the Kelveros Cluster within the Jeralic Cluster. The reptilian species is smaller and slower than the average human, but is very intelligent. They were conquered by Jeral during the start of the Jeralic Purge, however a rebellion persists a century and a half later.

History[]

The Adha'Shaa rapidly developed on their home world of Adhuma, with the first civilization arising around -3500 ERB. Built on improving the community through group effort rather than competitive nature, war on Adhuma was rare, only fought against hostile wildlife and during famines. Spaceflight was achieved around 430, and the species surged into the unknown, colonizing worlds Xuhada, and Jud'nur. The Adha'Shaa made first contact with the Hejekka in 670. Relations between the two species were peaceful, but Adha'Shaa tended to stay away from the Hejekka due to their competitive nature, and due to serious culture shock. Jeral, the first human nation to arrive in the region began rapidly colonizing regional systems, and made contact with the Adha'Shaa in 746. Immediately, Jeral began attacking the colonies held by the Adha'Shaa. Adha'Shahi colonies Xuhada and Jud'nur fell within a month into the war, before a proper military was established. When Adhuma was attacked in 747, Jeral was met with utmost resistance, but ultimately the Adha'Shaa were defeated. Most of the population was adopted into Jeralic control, but major military and the governing body was arrested, leading to over 1,200,000 Adha'Shaa deaths. About 125 million Adha'Shaa live in secret colonies or on Hejekkian colonies, most of whom escaped or fled from Jeralic persecution.

Present[]

The Adha'Shaa have since hardened and embraced Jeralic culture since their incorporation to the Jeralic Empire. While persecution is widespread, movements to ban such discrimination have made huge grounds in securing their rights as full Jeralic citizens. Adhuma was rapidly transformed into the cultural center for the Adha'Shaa, but eventually became a major economic center, powered by the Adha'Shaa populace on the world.
